This picture is of a girls hockey team or of girls learning how to
play hockey from their teacher. I think it was probably an after school
program for girls, not an actual team. I get the idea that they are
not an actual team by them not having team uniforms and not having new
equipment. It is my opinion that they probably got the equipment from
their older brothers as hand me downs.
The clothes that they are wearing i would think would get in the way
when playing hockey like shawls (the thing they are wearing on their
heads instead of hats). They probably fall off and fall into the players
faces when they are playing. I think that they help keep their ears
warmer though. I think they are down at the Rennie park skating rink.
